Garmin, the world-leading maker of cool GPS equipment, are launching a great new service called MotionBased where I will be recording my favourite training sessions: tim.don.motionbased.com.
Every time I do a new training session I'll log the data on either my Edge or my ForeRunner and upload it to the MotionBased website and the latest session will also appear in the window below and you can click through to see all the detail if you want to. You can even use the GoogleEarth system to actually "fly" round the route -- awesome! Older sessions will all stay on the MotionBased site.
In the meantime check out the wicked ForeRunner and Edge GPS units on the Garmin website -- I just know you'll want one!!
